The common life of an average Nubian was lived in small farming villages. All villages had there own leader that plays a certain role rather than controling. The Nubian villiage houses were small huts. Nubian villages had a system of division of labor. The life of the noble in Nubia was a rather lavish lifestyle. The nobility thought of themselves as Egyptians, they dressed like Egyptians, and lived like Egyptains. The ancient Nubian nobility lived in quite large riverside palaces.
Trade
Thoughout time, Nubia was always the close trading partners with Egypt. Trade was a huge part of life for the Nubian people. Trade varied from gold, ebony, and ivory, to exodic animals and pets. Elephant tusk was an important trade item for the Nubians. Gold was a natural resource found in Nubia and came in plentiful amounts.
